Before you come
So the visit is quick and you know what to expect.
Bring a valid ID card, NIE or passport. The law requires the seller of gold to be identified.
Many pieces carry a hallmark: 750 is 18 carat, 916 is 22. If yours has none, we check it.
The value depends on the gold the piece contains. We weigh it in front of you.

With gold, the weight and the purity count. A broken chain is worth the gold it contains; if the piece has value as jewellery or a watch, we explain it.
When you accept the offer, during the same visit. Spanish law limits cash payments by a business to €1,000; above that we pay by bank transfer. [CONFIRM: payment methods]
No. Only the owner can sell, identified with their ID. It is a legal requirement that protects everyone.
